Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the construction of new apartments in our area.

I recently visited the municipal office regarding the encroachment complaint, where I was told that new flats are being built in your area. I was upset with this news.

This new construction in an already congested area will create problems for the residents. Locals are suffering with lack of facilities, such as no park, commercial area, and parking area, that is the reason, newly built homes will exacerbate these issues.

I would recommend you to build a park and parking area at this location and move this residential project to another area, away from the congested population. This will help the old residents to overcome their longstanding issues, which will result in better health and easier commutes.

I hope you will consider my points. I am looking forward to your response.
