Dear Chris Pell,

I am writing thıs letter to bring to your attention about a planned construction in my neighbourhood, that might cause complains.

I am living in the Fifth Avenue. Yesterday I come across with a construction area while I was walking to the park. The area is just a few blocks away from my apartment. I noticed that building haven’t started yet but I thought I should warn you about some concerns.

I do not think it would be a problem for most of the neighbours becasue they would be at work. However there is an elderly care center where cares a lot of old people who suffer from diseases and I know a couple with a newborn baby. That special part of our community have their own daily schedule. Loud noise of construction can wake up these people during day time ,esspecially the baby

I suggest you to check for everyone’s available time. If you would not able to arrange the construction in order to everyone’s desire at least you should provide a different accomondation for the couple and their baby until it is over.
