Dear sir,

I am writing this letter to thank you personally for all the co-operation and efforts done by your staff to make this event successful at your hotel.

This event took place last night with a gathering of about 150 people in one of your banquet hall and everyone was left satisfied after the event .In fact, My company manager was so content with how smoothly everything went especially when we informed for 100 people only.

But indeed, there is something which I really want to appreciate is the management and every possible accommodation on last minute by your staff-be it demanding the projector or increasing the number of people.

The only thing which I am a bit dissatisfied about is the very small parking apace of your hotel which is unable to accommodate all the vehicles for a heavy gathering Therefore, I would recommend to figure something out for this as well soon so that in future people will not have to park their vehicles on main street.
