Dear Sir/Mam

I am writting this letter is to you that’s beacause I am dissatisfied about your cleaning service. Recently I have heird a cleaning service support for my apartment.I went to grocery store to purchase some products. So, I left the team to clean my flat. Since it took 2 hours for shopping, I reached my apartment after the cleaning got over. Firstly, I saw my couch which was not cleaned properly the soap stain was still there. Furthermore, there is a leakage in kitchen .

At last I noticed that they broke my fridge door while moping the floor. It was brand new my mom gave it to me. Even though I gave them a waring to be careful while handing each and every item. There is a mild crack on the window glass. Moverover there are slight damages on the bathroom floor.

I request you to arrange a cleaning service again. But this time make sure that you send a agent who will take good care of household items and clean properly.
