Hello, dear Carol, I am writing to you with regards to my latest visit to your restaurant. Frankly, the dining experience which I had received was below my expectations and far away from fine dining which you declare on the website.
First of all, various issues occurred with the two medium steaks for our group. They were way overcooked and cold so we needed to send them back and afterwards we received two raw ones which quite upset us, as the rest of the meals were exceptional. Secondly, our server John was awkward, perhaps due to a lack of experience. In addition to this, while he was preparing our table side caesar salad he was silent for the entire time and did not have eye contact with anybody, plus he had a very strong accent which was hard to comprehend. Typically, there are no such problems at prestigious restaurants such as yours. Finally, I found the behaviour of the staff to be completely unacceptable. After complaining about all of the issues to the manager he did nothing but became defensive and we did not want to ruin our vibe of the evening and let it go so unfortunately everything remained unsolved.
I suggest some sort of compensation.For instance,it would be nice to get a refund for those two un-touched meals on my bank account or a possible voucher would also be appreciated. Hoping to hear back from you soon.
