Band 5+: You recently moved into a new apartment, and you've noticed that some of the facilities are not working properly. Write a letter to your landlord. In your letter: Describe the problem with the facilities. Explain why it's important for the issue to be resolved. Suggest what you would like the landlord to do.

Dear Mr Smith ,

I hope this letter finds you well.I am writing to bring to your attention that few of the basic amenties available in the apartment are not functioning properly.Talking about them in detail,the water supply to the kithchen is not equipped properly.Due to this water leakage occurs very often,especially at the times when water presssure is at peak.Moving ahead, the bedroom’s door has loosened and broken hinge ,which makes it difficult to open and close the door.In addition to this ,washing machine also need some repair as it is unable wash clothes to desired cleanliness. Since all the things malfunctioning right now are among those used daily,they need to get repaired as soon as possible.I request you to arrange for plumber to get rid of the problem with leakage ,a replacement for washing machine,as the machine we have at present is quite old ,therefore,it will not function properly even if it is repaired. Along with this,also look for someone to replace the door’s hinge.

I hope you will consider and try your best to repair all the above at your earliest convienience.
