Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Donna, I write this latter for complain some issues of the book I ordered from your online bookstore a few days ago.

First off, I ordered the book who write by John Green. The book tittle is Will Grayson and Will Grayson which story about two people with different character and background. Honestly, I difficult to find this book in every store but when I surfing online, I found this book when I visit your online bookstore. So immediately a booked that book.

On Thursday 25 March 2025, I took my order and I was disappointed. This is because I received wrong book that I ordered. The book I get is a IELTS General Test 17. I really unexpected because the book I ordered is novel fiction and the book I received is about learning and preparation test English.

Therefore, I am going to return the book and I would you to give the book that I ordered as soon as possible with free shipping. On the other hand, if the stock is not available I would my full refund. I would be grateful if you can understand this issues as company who made mistake. Thank you for time and consideration.
