The main issue is that I ordered a hardcover edition of The Psychology of Learning (Order #45372), which I needed for my postgraduate studies. To be specific, I selected the latest 2024 edition while completing the purchase on 10th August.
However, when the package arrived, I was surprised to find a completely different book, Introduction to Marketing. Not only is this unrelated to my subject, but it has also delayed my ability to begin my coursework.
Therefore, I kindly request that you send me the correct book at the earliest opportunity and provide instructions for returning the wrong item. If the replacement is not available, I would appreciate a full refund.
