Dear Sir,
Good day Sir. I am Adedayo Deborah, the manager of ‘Future Enterprise’. We recently had our annual all-day meeting in your hotel. I am writing this letter to give you a proper feedback from our stay.
I will start from the positive comments by our attendees. Firstly, they all appreciated the fact that there was constant electricity throughout the program. Unlike other hotels that have electricity issues which sometimes distract the participants. Additionally, they all loved the hospitality of the hotel staffs. They were all smiling and welcoming.
However, one complain was consistent and that is the taste of the food that served in the afternoon. Some said it was bland and others said it tasted like a forbidden food. This made most people unhappy because they were hungry and looked forward to the food. I would not know what could have caused this but I will like to make some suggestions.
I think you should get a new chef. You might not need to fire the current one, but an additional chef will help to teach and correct the present one. Also, close monitoring might be required. This way the workers are on top of their toes, making sure that everything including this taste of food is top notch.
I look forward to your response.
Yours sincerely,
Adedayo Deborah.
