Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you the dissatisfaction provided by the members of the organization regarding the food quality.
The team was really impressed by the facilities provided by the hotel such as outstanding service by the staff. Moreover, the area of meeting and washrooms were highly maintained that has gained an appreciation towards your premises.
The quantity of food provided was quite substantial, but the meal was not properly cooked as per our expectations. Furthermore, we noticed some curries that were not up to the mark, and felt tasteless indicating the wrong use of spices. At last, the team was even facing the problem of food temperature that was very detrimental.
I am pleased to provide you some suggestions to overcome these challenges. Firstly, the staff should be properly trained well so that they listen to the specific requirements informed by the team, and later on pass the accurate information to the chefs. Secondly, the management should instruct them to utilize all the provided spices to make the food as tasty as possible. Lastly, senior chefs should inspect the dishes before serving them to the members so that they cannot face any difficulties while having the food.
