Recently,I bought a new IPhone 11 Pro in online store.Today the courier brought it.When I opened it,the phone has fault.

I tried to start it,but the phone did not react.I put this IPhone on charge,he stayed one day but he did not react.I say a small fault at the third camera and it’s does not look beautiful.The phone have a big problems with dinamic,listening music is impossible.After two days at charge the phone start.The battery have 90 procents but I buy a new phone.The microphone is very bad the listener does not hear me.

Today,I am going to the post office and I will send it.Give me another phone or repair this.If you do not take the phone,I will go to the police department and I will write complain on this company.
