I am writing to complain about an appliance that I purchased from your main store last week.

Unfortunately, it has not worked properly since the first day. Moreover, I observed the machine overheated.

Because of this, I faced several problems, and my daily activity were affected. I also alternative solution but it was ineffective, despite reading the instructions for this machine. Furthermore, I purchased this product because of its on good reputation, and it relatively product in recent years. As a result, I called my friend because he is a technician, he tried to fix it; however, he was unable to repair it. In addition, I attempted to calling you the customer service department, but there was no answer. This situation caused unnecessary and inconvenience and stress.

I would appreciate it if you could refund, replace, or repair the item as soon as possible.
