I am writing to complain about the malfunction of a microwave I recently purchased at your store. When we tested the product at the store, it worked as it should; however, as soon as I got to my household, and installed it did not work as expected.
The first problem I observed was that even if it was connected to the power socket, it would not turn on. After some tries nevertheless, it suddenly turned on, and I believed I could start using the appliance. Yet again, I could not make it work, despite reading the instruction manual that comes in the box.
During the last few weeks I have not been able to warm my meals, and I have had to do double the work I would if I used a microwave.
I hope you can give my a full refund of the product. Nonetheless, I am open to receive a new product with professional installation, so any kind of damage is avoided.
