Dear Sir.

I had high hopes when I bought your vacuum cleaner 1 month ago. Many of my friends had recommended it to me and when I saw that it was on sale, I knew I couldn’t miss the opportunity. After picking it up from the store, I replaced my old one with it and turned it on. It was working fine at the time, and I quickly fell in love with the thing. I had never used something like that before. It felt like a luxury to own such a tool. However, here I am now, trying to figure out what is wrong with it. The mechanism doesn’t turn on when I plug it in anymore. I opened it up and couldn’t find anything wrong with it honestly. I loved this appliance and hope to use it more, but this inconvenience was a major turnoff for me. I am expecting a refund or a repair from you
