Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a new appliance I just bought from your store. The appliance is the newest edition vacuum cleaner. At first, it did a great job. All the dust is gone. But after three three uses, there is a strange sound coming from the it and the machine becomes overheated. I have tried to check the errors by reading and following the provided manual book. When I opened the machine, I saw the sparepart inside is burn and I think this problem requires a professional technician. I really feel uncomfortable because I cannot clean my house properly as scheduled. However, since it is a new appliance, I would like to be offered a replacement for this or a repairment service by your side. I look forward to your prompt response and action regarding this issue.
