Dear store manager,
I am writing this letter to describe my dissapointed about a faulty appliance that I recently purchased from your store a few days ago. On 16 november, I bought a Philips air fryer (Model HD9252) after receiving a recommendation from your shop assistant. For the first two dáy, it work perfectly until the next day, it suddenly stop functioning during use. The air fryer didn’t heat up and the oil stick to surface of the pan, that make it unusable.
I always buy appliance from your store, I have always trusted the quality of products sold at your store, so I was quiet dissapointed that this happened to me.
Given the situation, I don’t need any refund or repair. I just want you to learn from experience and work more responsibly. I don’t want anyone to have to spend money or work. Hope you to be more careful next time you import and check the goods.
