I hope this message find you well.i am writing this email to bring your attention to issues with the centrifugal pump which i purchase from your shop before 2 weeks ago. As per your suggestion i buy 250 kw ADNOC company centrifugal pump. From last 2 weeks i using pump as per rules and regulations but yesterday night during working it suddenly stop snd not get start.As per your pocily centrifugal pump having 2 years of warranty from the date of purchase but it get damaged within some days only. So i request you to send your technician for repairing of pump as soon possible if it is possible. Otherwise if you replace with new pump than it will more better.
