I hope you are well doing. I am writing to about a damage product which i recently purchased from your store. I bought a mobile phone on 20 April. However , after using it for two days. It stopped working properly. The screen started flickrering and the battery drains very quickly. This has caused me significant inconvenience. As i rely on my phone for my daily task. I kindly request you to either replace the product or proved a full refund. I have attached the receipt with for your reference. I whould appreciate a quick responce to resolve this issue.
