Dear Customer service team,
I am writhig this letter to formally complants about a coffee machine I purchased from your website on March 12st my order number TG4638. Unfortunately, when it arrived yesterday, I noticed significant damage. The water tank is cracked, the outer shell has several deep scratches and the box is broken.
I am deeply disappointmented with the condition of the product because I paid for express shipping to have it ready for a family gathering this weekend. Receving non-functionong product affter spending a lot of money is quite upsetting and frustrating.
I would lilke to request a full replacement for this appliance . Please let me know how can I return the damaged until and when the new one will be delivered, if it can not delivery on this Friday I want to reduest for a refund.
