Dear, Manager.

Hi. I bought Laptop from your store and I got some issue.

when I turn on the laptop I can see some of Icons but I can not click anythings. Mouse does not work. i thought this is mouse problem but it is not. I checked use my brother laptop. I am in arugent. I need to check my new-project to send my new boss. He is very cranky person. He gave me by this Friday. It left only 3 days. I need to check my project and need to fix somethings.

I hope you guys take this one and please fix that one and while It is fixing please borrow some any laptop please or If it fine, Can i get refund right now please?
