Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to complaint about malfunction laptop keyboard

I am see you advertisement at online shop and I just ordered a Asus laptop, which is match with my budget and good spesification but when the laptop arrived i just testting turning on the laptop and something didn’t work when i type something on the keyboard.

However, I just try everything tutorial and demo on the book how to fix it but nothing works. Therefore, I wonder to ask how if i can get the new one if theres stock is still available. But if it’s not, I would like to you to refund my money back. Otherwise I will be compelled to report this matter to the police.

I will give you one week to send me the new one and appreciate it if you could send me as soon as possible or refund my money back.
