Hello. Two weeks ago I doomscroled my social media and saw your electronic shop with enchanting devices. I bought new headphones for my phone, because the oldest one was broken by me. Deliver was pretty fast after a day of buying it I received my device.
First time I tried to listen the music and the sound was good however at the beginning I could hear the noises behind the main soundtrack. I thought it was because of the Bluetooth connection but when I was about to retake them and try to listen over the sound disappeared.
I want you to take an responsibility for sailing those kinds of broken devices and rewatch how it packed while delivering. One more thing, If it is possible I want to have another pair of working headphones or at least have my money back. Thank you for attention.
