Dear company

I have purchased a laptop from your company last weekend, and I want to complain about the problems i witnessed. The biggest issues of the laptop i bought is that the app cannot be installed due to how quirky the settings worked, It’s all glitchy and laggy when ever i tried to interact with it. Without any single application I can’t study for my college. Which leads me to failing subjects. The least you can do for me is fix the laptop or send me the brand new one. But in case you are really insist to take responsibility more, you may send me a fine and we are done. That’s the least I expected from a huge company like you.
