Hello it’s Yurii Abrahamovich! I’ve recived notebook that i have recently purchused from youre online store, and it made me feel teribble.

The postman gave me dammaged box, and that moment i have realized that something could be wrong with the device inside. When i opened it up i revealed that notebook surface was scrached, and the screen had several cracks on it. When i tried to power it on, i pluged the charger and smoke started coming out of the cooling system. That moment i have discovered another issue, that somebody enbolted the bottom shield of the computer, and i was able to see every component it had.

I assume that the dilivery services might have an explenation why it happened, but this situation still makes me being dissapointed it what happened this time. I want to request a financial refund on this device, i will return it to you in the same condition as it has arrived to me.
