Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to tell you about a problem with a laptop that I recently bought from your online shop. Unfortunately, it arrived damaged.
When I opened the package, I saw that the screen was cracked and there were some scratches on the laptop. Also, it does not turn on at all, so I cannot use it. The box was also slightly damaged when it was delivered.
After noticing the problem, I contacted your customer service by email and sent photos of the damaged laptop. I have kept all the original packaging and have not used the laptop.
I would like to ask for a replacement or a full refund. Please let me know what I should do next and how I can return the item.
