Dear Customer Service Department,
I am writing to formally complain about a laptop that I recently purchased from your online store, which unfortunately arrived in a damaged condition.
Upon unpacking the item, I discovered that the screen was severely cracked and the casing had several noticeable dents. Furthermore, the laptop fails to power on, which strongly indicates internal damage. It is worth mentioning that the shipping box itself was partially torn, suggesting that the damage may have occurred during transit.
Immediately after identifying the issue, I contacted your customer support team via email and provided detailed photographs as evidence of the damage. I have retained all original packaging and have not attempted to use or repair the laptop in any way, in accordance with your return policy.
Given these circumstances, I expect a prompt resolution of this matter. I would appreciate either a full refund or a replacement laptop to be delivered at your earliest convenience. Please advise me on the return procedure and any further steps required from my side.
I look forward to receiving your response soon.
Angelina
