Dear Customer Service Department,

I am writing to formally complain about a laptop that I recently purchased from your online store, which unfortunately arrived in a damaged condition.

Upon unpacking the item, I discovered that the screen was severely cracked and the casing had several noticeable dents. Furthermore, the laptop fails to power on, which strongly indicates internal damage.
