I am writing to complain about a laptop I recently purchased from your online store. On March 15, 2026, I ordered a Dell Inspiron 15 5000 laptop (Order #12345678), which was delivered to me on March 22, 2026.
Unfortunately, the laptop arrived with a significant scratch on the screen, running diagonally across the display. The damage is very noticeable and makes it difficult to use the device properly.
I would like the store to either replace the laptop with a new one or issue a full refund as soon as possible. Please let me know the procedure I should follow to resolve this issue.
