To whom it may concern,
My name is Norah, a customer of your esteemed company. A company that used to sell a very good quality products for their customes. Unfortunately, I was shocked when i receive the laptop i purchsed earlier this week, and I am writing this letter to inform your team that I have received the laptop with actual defects and noticable cracks.
As shown in the attached picture, there is a crack on the screen that made the screen display unclear content. In addition, i found out while using the laptop that it has some serious errors, such as a sudden shutdown of the system.
These issues made the laptop I bought completly useless, as the screen and the system are not working which are considered the most important functions the any laptop provides.
I am not sure how a laptop from such a huge, well-known company and with such a high price would be this bad. This is not acceptable at all and I will be waiting for your prompt response to this letter.
At this stage, I am expecting your team to take this matter seriously and approve my request to return the laptop.
