i am writing this letter to report about the faulty TV that I purchased from your online store on tuesday last week.
My name is Sandithi Nimsara and I an one of your frequent customer. I live in Colombo and I have been using your services and buying products for long time. On tuesday,15 July, I get my oder that i placed a 2 weeks ago. I odered a sony TV ehich has the oder number 1423569. And I assured that this was the latest model and the best. however when i got the oder i discovered that the remote control is not working properly andalso display was damaged.
I called your customer service department to inform about the situation but they didn’t respond at all. i am very dissapointed with your services and every time i called the kept me on hold for a long time.
I am exceedingly displeased with both the quility of the product as well as your customer services I have recieved since. I hope this problem will be resolved promptly, i expect to recieve a replacement TV or have my current TV repaired.
