I would like to complain about my delivery. I ordered a Samsung laptop from your web site 2 weeks ago.
The product finally delivered yesterday. When I unboxed it, I was shochked because I could not see the some essential parts of this laptop and could not find a charger plug and the cable in the box.
When I called your employee before paying, he assured me about that purchasing this computer involves charger and cable in it and also, on your web site, there was a note about what includes this computer box. That note clarifies the information about that all parts of this laptop will be sent in the same box.
I need this computer immediately, as I have to work from home and my previous laptop is broken. Therefore, I would like you to send me the incomplete parts of laptop. I hope you would resolve this problem as soon as possible. I am waiting for your respond.
