Dear customer service manager,
This is to inform you that I have recently purchased a high end gaming laptop from your online store, which is arrived with several defects and a physical damage. I request you to replace the laptop with same configuration at the eirliest.
I have recieved the laptop yesterday evening. The laptop package was delivered with lots of physical damage. after opening the package I understand that the laptop screen is broken and which is also not switching on as well.
After a detailed inspection I found that the laptop is not charging at its own and due to the power falure, the laptop is not even switch on.
I really desapointed to see the laptop is delivered without having proper packaging and handling which caused the major damages physically and internally to the laptop. I kindly request you to replace the item with new one at the eirliest as I have planned to travel abroad next week
