I am your customer that have recently bought a phone from your online store. But unfortunately, there are some problems with it. I could not charged the mobile phone. When I plugged the charger in it, there was nothing happened. It just flashed once and then the battery did not charged. I tried to change the cable and adaptor, but it still the same. I did not know whether it was the faulty phone or not. Besides that, there is a little problem with the camera. It can not open smoothly. When I opened the camera, it was lagged and suddenly force closed. Maybe it was caused by the error inside the machine. I tried to open the camera many times, but it still lagged.

So, with the problem that I have written, I hope there will a responsibility from the store. I expect to get my money back or exchange with the new one.
