I am writing to express my concern regarding I am one loyal costumer and I always bought lipstik your online store. The main reason for writing this letter is to inform you about the item is damage that I receiver on 20th February from your shop. I really am disappointed with the packaging design is really poor so the lipstick got ruined and I have you will take prompt action after investigasi the latter
Firstly, I would like to explain that . This situation has created several difficulties for me because few days ago my lipstik show some damage. So, I trying content your online store, but they didnt respon to my message.
Furthermore, I would also like to mention that make frustrasi and daunting experience that have had with you service. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate it if you could ask your to investigasi the reason for this poor costumer support.
