I am writing to complain about a shampoo by Head and Shoulders, from online shopping platform. I have ordered this on 15th of February to get ready for a party on 17th of February. Unortunetely, I am not satisfied with a delivery and condition of shampoo.
Firstly, I received my booking after the deadline. In addition, your product was outdated and second-hand. As a result, I did not have a shower and could not get perfectly ready for the event. I was extremely disappointed.
I would like refund of my purchase and replacement. I expect this issue to be resolved os soon as possible. I would appraciate it if you would control delivery of your product, so this condition will not be repeated. I would be grateful to receive your response, so I will be able to take further steps. Furthemore, you can find the photo of the product atteched below.
