I am writing to formally complain about a microwave oven I purchased from your online store on 5th December 2025, with the order number A25346.
I ordered the latest model of microwave oven with black color on your website and received the item yesterday. After opening the package, I noticed that the door of the microwave was damaged, which I cannot fully closed it. To support this claim, I recorded a video of the product upon opening and immediately sent it to your customer service team.
This issue has caused me considerable inconvenience, as I’m intending to use this item as a gift for a friend. Therefore, I would appreciate it if you would offer me either a full refund or make an arrangement for replacement of the product at your earliest convenience.
