Dear Sir,
I am writing to express dissatisfaction and report a faulty laptop that I ordered on the 1st of December from the company’s website and it was delivered to me on the 5th of December 2025.
For proper description, it’s a windows 11 grey laptop with the serial number JQR32684NG. When I received the package from the store’s delivery man, I noticed that the carton was not sealed and the laptop looked so rough and old. However when I turned it on, the system screen was broken and the keyboard is malfunctioning. It is inconveniencing and have affected my job greatly.
I would like the company to send someone to pick up the laptop for repair or replace the laptop with a functional one so as to have positive work productivity with the laptop.
