I hope you are doing well. I am writing regarding my recent purchase from the Dyson website, which was received in a bad condition.
I bought the newly launched Dyson Airwrap, along with the oval brush in cherry shade. The order tracking number is 3124DA2301 for reference. I ordered it on the 22nd of December, as the arrival showed 3 business days.
While the delivery was on time, upon unboxing the package, the first thing that caught my attention was the comb brush; the bristles were bent and broken. I still thought of giving it a try with the curlers, but as soon as I plugged it in, I realized the button to turn it on was broken too. I believe it must be during the shipment that the package was not handled with care.
I would request you to offer a full refund as per the return terms andconditions, or to exchange the same device without any additional cost, as I am not responsible for the defective item.
