I am writing to you to inform you about my purchase from your online store.
As I mentioned before, yesterday I received my order and found that the product is damage. For more details, I bought a phone case with order number X-222265 on 20 February 2026, I don’t know why the shipping took longer than usual. I got my packet on 28 February 2026; there was not any suspicious from the packaging. However, when I opened the package, I discovered that the case was broken into two parts.
Furthermore, I have evidence that the case was broken before I received it, since I followed your suggestions to record the opening processes. I hope I can get the new item to replace the previous.
If there are any actions or document that I should submit regarding this issue, kindly to inform me.
