I am writing to complain about a product that I recently purchased from your online store. The product I bought was a pair of wireless headphones.
When the package arrived, I noticed that the box was slightly damaged. After opening it, I found that the headphones were not working properly. The left side of the headphones does not produce any sound, which makes the product impossible to use.
I would appreciate it if you could replace the damaged product with a new one or provide a full refund. I can return the headphones if necessary.
