Dear Sir or Maddam,
I am writing this letter want to report that the products I recently bought from your shop was damaged. This product was a black wallet with no series 7645, I bought this wallet from online service, with debit payment method. However, I received the wallet with the bad condition.
In addition, I bought this wallet on 3rd July (which means two days ago) and touch down today. Then, when I check the materials there are several damaged. First, the front of wallet was torn, I guess this cause by the delivery service, because when I received the package was open separetly. The second one, the color was faded and it’s seem not same as the description of your website and honestly it’s beyond my expectation.
I need your help to confirm about the damage and recheck again, is this because the delivery service or from your own. Also I expected that I can return this product and replace with the new one.
