Dear Najlas,
This is to inform you that i have been charged with an additional service that i did not avail and that amount has been included in my total bill.
I recently visited your salon to get a haircut and a perdicure, this is not the first time as i am a regular customer. Once i was done with my haircut i was taken to the pedicure area to complete my services, not to mention everything was up to the mark as usual. However, once i went down to complete my payment i was charged for a menicure service which i did not receive. After informing the staff, i was advised to send a letter to the salon explaining my frustrating situation.
I would like to request a refund on my card or a voucher that i can use on my next visit.
