Dear Toni,

I am writing to request two weeks off from work, as I am travelling to my hometown.

As our one of the biggest festival, Dashain is next month, my parents really want me to come to their place to celebrate together. It is been long time we have not really gather together for any festivals, therefore, I thought of visiting them this year.

I would like to request time off from 1st June to 14th June, 2026 and I will resume my work from 15th June, 2026.

Lastly, I have completed all of my projects that I have been working on, and I have handed it to my supervisor for review. If any information regarding the project is required when I am away, you can communicate with our team member, Atul Sharma, as he was in my team and he knows all the details regarding the projects.

I hope you consider my day off application.
