Dear Sir.

I am writing to let you know about a problem I have encountered with the my grade. Last week I took an exam at your corporation. Unfortunately, you did not check my knowledge very well. I am hoping you can help resolve this issue.

The exam has wrong structuries for testing our skills, which caused some inconvinence. I have already reached out your support team but have not able to find a solution yet.

I would appreciate a retesting my ability. I usually get high scories on like exams, so I hope we can get this sorted out next 5 days, as I would prefer to avoid further issues.
