Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Upper-Intermediate English Course that I attended at your college from 3 October to 12 December.
Although I joined the course hoping to improve my speaking confidence, I was unhappy with several aspects of the programme. To begin with, the class was extremely large, which meant that individual speaking practice was very limited. In addition, the lessons did not follow the schedule provided at enrolment; instead of focusing on communication skills, most sessions were spent doing written worksheets. Finally, the teacher often arrived late, and as a result many classes ended early, reducing our total learning time.
I would like to suggest a few improvements. Firstly, limiting the number of students per class would allow more interaction and personalised feedback. Secondly, it would be helpful if the instructor adhered more closely to the planned syllabus. Lastly, ensuring that teachers start lessons on time would make the course more effective and reliable.
I hope you will consider my comments, as I believe these changes would greatly enhance the learning experience for future students.
Yours faithfully,
[Your Name]
