Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my concern regarding the quality and teaching methods of my language course, which I took at your college on 25 August 2025.

I would like to explain that teachers focus only on theory instead of presentations, which is not beneficial for us, because when we interact with others, we feel hesitation during communication. It is disadvantageous for the students. Another factor is that the resources of the course are not sufficient for the study because the college does not provide practice tests to the students, and the grammar explanation is not available in the course.

I feel dissatisfaction about this course because it is not providing the perfect material for the course, and teachers are also not interested in teaching.

I would like to suggest that you please re-check the quality of the material that you are providing for the language course, and give strict guidance to the professors for teaching.

I will look forward to your prompt action on this matter.
