Hope this email finds you well! My name is Kiki and I am an International student. I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with the language course that I presently enrolled at NAIT college.
While applying this course, I had alot of expectations because I was referred by my frined who took this course last year and now pursuing degree in well named university with this certificate. After my first week of class, I felt regretting of wasting my hard earned money by joining this session. I was told that tutors are well educated and hold certain experience in teaching field but It was completely wrong. Also, this thought had by all students in my batch and I am just reflecting in email to bring this to your view. The instructor was not from english speaker country and the way of teaching would be more like by giving assignments to learn about basic grammar and vocabulary. We didn’t had any opportunity to develop our skills in speaking and build communication with others confidently. Moreover, teacher not coming to class on time. We were sometimes waiting and email them for their presence.
Furthermore, being from Non English speaking country we were investing such huge amount to improve our skills to communicate with native speakers. Additionally, this certificate will help us to pursure higher education which is manditory in universities.
I would request the management to recruit tutors who had good amount of experience and a native language speakers. This would definitely help the students and also improve the applications in the upcoming years. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible and looking forward to see some changes.
