Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with particular language course.

First and foremost, as a student I wanted to learn english english language. Before admit this course, I thought it will be beneficial for me and I was so curious about learning a new language. But after admit here I have known their some rules, which are not appropriate for me such as if I miss any class I have to pay for that even accidently miss.

Whewn I saw their advertise on facebook, they did not mention those rules. Besides, they did not provide all of rules for students. For this many students faceing problems.

I would like suggest some advice so that they can change their awkward rules, and students can conscious about those rules erliar. They could provide a proper advertisement with their all rules.
