Dear Course Coordinator,
I am writing to express my concerns regarding the course I recently attended, as it did not meet the expectations outlined prior to enrolment.
Before the course began, I was expecting a well-structured programme with a strong focus on practical skills, up-to-date materials, and active engagement with the subject matter. In particular, I had hoped to gain in-depth knowledge supported by real-life examples and clear guidance from experienced instructors.
Unfortunately, several aspects of the course proved disappointing. Firstly, a significant portion of the content was overly theoretical and repetitive, offering little practical value. In addition, some of the materials appeared outdated and were not aligned with current standards in the field. I was also disappointed by the limited interaction during sessions, as opportunities for discussion, feedback, and clarification were minimal.
I would appreciate it if you could review the course structure and consider updating the materials to better reflect modern practices. Furthermore, improving instructor engagement and incorporating more practical components would greatly enhance the overall learning experience. I believe these changes would benefit not only future participants but also the reputation of the course itself.
Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I look forward to your response.
Yours sincerely,
