I hope this latter finds you in good spirits, i am writting this latter to infrom you about recent water leakage cause by me when i stayed at your home while you were out of town.

I sincerely apologize for inconvenience you are going to face , while I was wearing my clothes after i completed by bath i got slipped away from the floor and it’s cracked the tile at the first look it was normal , but after that when i was washing my hand i notice it’s cause in floor leakage, and i was so in hurry that i didn’t have time to call the plumber.

i would appreciate if you call the plumber for me and look what possible fixing we can do , i would like to pay the damage cost so i can rectify my fault.
