Dear friend,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to you regarding apologies which accident is occured which is stain on the new carpet.

I came here with my family and kids as well. They were playing at the lobby area that area is upstairs between the rooms. There were rug on the floor my kids mistakenly throw the juice on the new carpet.

I already tried the numerous methods to clean it but the color of the juice is not gone. I tried to wash with soap and water. Also, use some bleech nd rubb with the hard brush as well but i failed to fix it. Howeever, the stain is still over there.

I will suggest you when you will come back from vacation; i will book an appointment with cleaners they will clean it and fix this problem.
